Our work
Real homes.
Thoughtful chapters.
From organizing one drawer to reimagining an entire property, our work is practical, personal, and hands-on. Explore the homes and projects that shaped Nest & Shore.
Family home · Coastal redesign
The house where
our story grew.
This is the home where Sydney and Sammy grew up. After our family moved nearby, we gave it a new chapter as an Airbnb for several years. We refreshed familiar furniture in layered coastal blues, whites, and sea-glass tones, creating a relaxed retreat while preserving the home’s history.
Northshore · Ocean City
Old furniture,
new shore energy.
For Northshore, we refreshed existing furniture rather than replacing everything. Careful prep, paint, and a coastal palette helped well-loved pieces feel right at home by the water.
The Lea on 141st · Ocean City
A condo stripped back
and brought forward.
We removed layers of wallpaper, updated the floors, painted throughout, and worked through the detailed, hands-on jobs that turn a dated beach condo into a lighter and easier place to stay.
Baltimore · Move organization
A calmer room for
a smoother move.
We helped turn an overwhelmed bedroom into a calmer, cleaner space during a Baltimore move. Sorting, editing, and preparing the room made the transition feel more manageable and gave the family a clear starting point in their next home.
Vero Beach, Florida · Whole-home renovation
From roof to pool,
one considered vision.
We managed this renovation from the roof to the pool and everything inside. A licensed contractor completed the construction, while we led the design direction, chose every material, fixture, color, furnishing, and finishing detail, and hung every picture. After leaks required new ceilings, we directed the use of shiplap across both walls and ceilings to create one cohesive, relaxed Florida home.

Annapolis · Home reset
Roommates moved on.
Light moved in.
After years of sharing her home with roommates, our client finally had the space to herself—and wanted it to feel like hers. We edited what no longer served her, removed heavy window coverings, reorganized the living room, and reset the bedroom with warmer layers and a calmer layout. The result is not a different house; it is a brighter, more personal version of the home she already loved.

Bay Ridge · Annapolis
Useful details.
Strong foundations.
Bay Ridge brought together the smallest organizing wins and the messier renovation work. We created order where it mattered and tackled new basement flooring together.
Projects in progress
The middle matters,
not just the reveal.
The finished room is only part of the story. We measure, prep, peel, paint, organize, and solve the small problems that make the final space work. At Right Mountain Attitude, wallpaper added warmth and personality one careful panel at a time.
More chapters ahead
Every project starts
with seeing the possibility.
We will keep adding new rooms, rentals, organizing projects, and renovation stories as the work unfolds.
